Ardu Ventures was founded to identify, acquire, and operate a small business for the long term.

Many people talk about creating generational wealth, but a key piece often left out of the conversation is generational entrepreneurship.

Growing up with a father as an entrepreneur made me truly appreciate the freedom and joy that comes from running your own business. He embodied the grit, resilience, ownership, and adaptability needed to succeed all while prioritizing family.

Acquiring a successful small business is my way of pursuing generational entrepreneurship and setting my wife and future kids up for long term success.

Do you have funding secured?

I am backed by "patient capital" through our family office, Up Next Ventures, which means I won't have the arbitrary holding period of a private-equity investor and can operate this company indefinitely. I have also been SBA pre-qualified and am happy to share documentation upon request.

What will happen to my employees if I sell?

I am committed to preserving the legacy of the business you have built and this includes taking care of your employees.

What does the buyout process look like?

Typically we will connect on the phone or in person and share some introductory details. If we think this could be a good mutual fit we will sign a mutual Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and share high level company information which will be used to generate an initial offer and Letter of Intent (LOI). Then I will conduct in-depth due diligence to understand the company's financials, operations, and legal obligations. Once this is complete we will finalize the purchase agreement and close on the transaction!

Are you looking at specific industries?

I am open to opportunities across a wide variety of industries. I am particularly interested in service businesses.

There are a few industries that I am NOT currently considering including brick and mortar retail and restaurants.
